Partnerships are an integral part of life, from bankers to family members, and they can sometimes appear from unexpected places. Ashley will be sharing her experience with unlikely partnerships and how they have shaped her success along with discussions about the fundamentals of a good partnership and the one potential partnership that is often overlooked.
Beverages & hors d’oeuvres will be provided. Attire is business or business casual. Seating limited.
About Ashley Wilson
Upon graduation from Colgate University, Ashley worked in Clinical Research & Development for three major pharmaceutical companies. During her tenure in Pharmaceuticals, she acquired her first rental property which started her passion for real estate investing. Ashley partnered with her father and founded HouseItLook LLC, a real estate flipping business in the suburbs of Philadelphia.
HouseItLook handles several million in transactions annually. Recently, Ashley has made the jump to apartment syndication, and is a General Partner in 284 units, and has invested in another 101 units.
